KingHost policies
Terms of Service
Core terms governing KingHost accounts, orders, renewals and acceptable service use.
Last updated: 5 September 2026Accounts and orders
Customers must provide accurate information, protect account credentials and be authorized to place each order. Services are subject to availability, verification, payment and the product description shown at checkout.
Billing and renewal
Recurring services renew according to the selected billing cycle unless cancelled through the available process. Currency conversion, taxes, gateway fees and renewal pricing may differ from an introductory amount and are shown before payment where applicable.
Service use
Services may not be used for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, malware, fraud, spam, infringement or activity that materially disrupts the platform or other customers. More detail appears in the Acceptable Use Policy.
Suspension and termination
KingHost may restrict a service to protect customers, infrastructure or third parties, or when payment and policy obligations are not met. Customers remain responsible for maintaining independent backups.
Changes
Terms may be updated to reflect service, legal or operational changes. The version published on this page applies from its stated update date, subject to mandatory rights under applicable law.
Provisioning and verification
Provisioning may depend on payment confirmation, fraud screening, domain validation, stock, licensing and upstream availability. Additional verification may be requested before a high-risk or unusual order is activated.
Domains and registries
Domain registrations, transfers and renewals are also governed by registry and registrar rules. Customers must provide accurate registrant information, maintain renewal contacts and understand that an expired or redeemed domain may require additional fees or may no longer be recoverable.
Customer content and intellectual property
Customers retain responsibility for content they upload and confirm they have the rights and permissions needed to use it. Customers grant KingHost the limited technical permission required to store, transmit, back up and process content for service delivery.
Backups and recovery
Unless a product explicitly states otherwise, backups are an operational aid rather than the customer's only copy. Customers must keep independent, restorable backups and test recovery for important websites, databases and configurations.
Support scope
Support covers the KingHost service and the responsibilities stated in its product description. Custom application debugging, third-party software repair, development, data recovery and migration may require a separate scope or fee.
Cancellations and data removal
Customers should submit cancellation through the client area and export required data before the service ends. Data may be removed after termination in accordance with operational retention periods and may not remain recoverable.
Payments, disputes and chargebacks
Customers should contact billing support promptly about a disputed charge. An unsupported chargeback or payment reversal may interrupt related services while ownership, payment and fraud information are reviewed.
