Privacy Policy
How KingHost collects, uses, secures and retains account and service information.
Last updated: 5 September 2026Information we process
We process account identity and contact details, service configuration, billing records, support messages, security logs and technical data required to provide and protect our services. Payment card details are handled by the selected payment gateway and are not intended to be stored in KingHost templates.
How information is used
Information is used to create and administer accounts, provision services, issue invoices, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, secure the platform, meet legal obligations and communicate essential service notices.
Sharing and processors
We share only what is reasonably required with infrastructure, domain registry, payment, email, monitoring and professional-service providers that support delivery of the requested service. We may also disclose information when legally required.
Retention and security
Records are retained for operational, contractual, fraud-prevention and legal purposes. KingHost applies access controls and security monitoring, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
Customers may review and update account information in the client area and may contact support about access, correction or deletion requests. Some records must be retained where required for contracts, disputes, security or law.
Cookies and session data
KingHost uses necessary cookies and similar storage to maintain sign-in sessions, shopping carts, language and currency choices, fraud controls and essential site operation. Optional analytics or third-party tools should be governed by the choices and notices presented when they are enabled.
International service providers
Hosting, registry, payment, monitoring and support suppliers may process limited information in other countries. KingHost selects providers for an operational purpose and limits disclosure to the information reasonably required for that purpose.
Account and support communications
Service notices, invoices, security warnings and replies to customer requests are essential communications. Marketing messages, where used, should provide the available preference or unsubscribe control without preventing essential account notices.
Children and authorized use
KingHost services are intended for persons who can enter a binding service agreement or who act through an authorized organisation. A parent, guardian or authorised institution should control accounts created for a school or youth project.
Data incidents and questions
If KingHost confirms an incident affecting information within its control, it will investigate, contain the issue and provide notices required by applicable obligations. Privacy questions may be sent to support@kinghost.com.ng from the account email address.
